please read the mail I attached below for information about the upcoming tournament on 7th September. Next training will be this Thursday, 3pm SHARP. We need to get in some practice before we play the Hougang Primary Alumni again.

Dear Teachers and friends,

First, we would like to thank you for your participation in theinaugural Singapore Ultimate Junior Open 2007. With your support, wehope to introduce Ultimate Frisbee to all other schools and make eachsubsequent tournament bigger and better.

This tournament is organised to coincide with the annual SingaporeUltimate Open (SUO07) happening on the 8th - 9th of September.

*This year, SUO07 attracted 34 teams from all over Asia, this includeAustralia and Japan (two top teams in the world. Japan won the lastworld tournament in Perth 2006).

The schools represented in the Junnior Ultimate Open 2007 are:
Jurong West Secondary School (2 Team)
Regent Secondary School (1 Team)
Kranji Secondary School (1 Team)
Yuan Ching Secondary School (1Team)
Hougang Secondary School (1 Team)
Anderson Secondary school (1 Team)

The tournament will be held at the Farrer Park Sports Center on the7th of September (Friday), and all participating teams (Withteacher/coach in-charge or team captain) are required to report at thevenue (Please refer to the attached Site Plan) by 2.30pm to registertheir attendance on that day.

There will be no registration fees for this tournament and team areadvised to bring their own refreshments (ice water, fruits, sports baretc.)

A prize presentation ceremony will be held immediately after thetournament and is expected to end by 5.30pm. This ceremony will involve all participants as such, we would appreciate if all team canstay behind until the ceremony is over.
